Kathleen Jamie’s words are deceptively simple. They may even seem naive. But stay with them, act on them – they do subtle work. They have stayed with me this month and renewed my commitment to be mindful of, and grateful for, the immeasurable privlege and freedom we enjoy when we step out over our threshold, breathe and look up.
This is very large drawing, I did a few years ago now from Slapton Sands a place of constant renewal for me.
