White Ermines continue to fascinate me. The furry white thorax seems to glow in the pre-dawn gloom and the wing ‘dots’ are an almost blue/black. This is a relatively new mezzotint. It is available individually directly from the studio or be bought as part of ‘Folio 25’, a mixed folio of Gallery artists from Rabley Gallery

This month's featured work is my latest collaboration with The Letter Press. 'The Garden Tiger' is a fold-out booklet featuring reproductions of four large drawings made to commission for The Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, Exeter (RAMM). The drawings will be on display in RAMM's major natural history exhibition running from the end of July through to January 2026.
The booklet contains an essay by the author and naturalist Peter Marren, some words from myself, and comes in its own bespoke envelope with 'cinderella' Arctia caja stamps. Can be posted out as is, (with the addition of appropriate postage) or kept as a collectors item. 500 printed.
