Introduction
1.1 This policy is designed to set out what happens if you wish to return your artwork.
1.2 I am an artist – not a big business and will endeavor to resolve any returns issues in as friendly and understanding way as I possibly can. In the first instance please read the information below and then contact me by email/or the contact form on this website.
1.5 This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- Returns
2.1 As a general principle you may return your artwork and receive a refund if:
(a) You let me know that you wish to return it within 14 days of receiving the work
(b) we receive the returned artwork within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;
(c) the returned artwork is in its original packaging and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
(d) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the artwork; and
(d) the artwork arrives damaged in transit and you let us know it is damaged via email (please include photos)withing 48 hours of receiving the work. Nb. We have to register transit damage with couriers such as Fedex within 48 hours of delivery, so please open your package as soon as it arrives let us know within 24 hours if it has arrived damaged
- Returns procedure
3.1 If the artwork or book is not damaged in transit but you still wish to return it, in order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us stating your wish to return the artwork/book within 14 days of receiving it.
3.2 Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery or similar secured service from another courier. We will supply you with a postal address by email.
3.3 You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
- Refunds
4.1 We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
4.2 We will refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
4.3 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
4.4 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
