I’m very pleased to have been invited by Freeny Yianni and her team to show three new works – two of my long-form drawings and a mezzotint – at the very elegant Close Ltd in Somerset. ‘Look Out’ is a landscape survey and I particularly like the title…Look Out…I read it as an injunction to look up and out from ourselves, to ditch the selfie, the obsession with identity, to de-centre the human a wee while and look out to the shimmering world as it offers itself to us over and over again.
