The Peach Blossom Moth flies from May to July. A lover of Brambles and beloved by the Victorians, its always a striking moth to find in the trap of an early morning. This mezzotint is in the 2025 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and is held in the permanent collection of museums as prestigious as the British Museum and La Bibliothèque Nationale de France

This month's featured work is my latest collaboration with The Letter Press. 'The Garden Tiger' is a fold-out booklet featuring reproductions of four large drawings made to commission for The Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, Exeter (RAMM). The drawings will be on display in RAMM's major natural history exhibition running from the end of July through to January 2026.
The booklet contains an essay by the author and naturalist Peter Marren, some words from myself, and comes in its own bespoke envelope with 'cinderella' Arctia caja stamps. Can be posted out as is, (with the addition of appropriate postage) or kept as a collectors item. 500 printed.
