L- Gallery Hiroshima present my second solo Exhibition in Japan, “Fragments of wild”
It is a tremendous honour to be invited back to Japan and I am delighted to offer a new selection of works to Adeline Le Mette and her team. Despite the sterling efforts of re-wilders and fabulous ideas such as the ‘half earth project‘, in reality we have less and less truly wild space in the world. The mezzotint engravings I’m offering at Hiroshima L-Gallery are just fragments, glimpses of a world we are losing fast. I believe we all ache for that world, even as it slips away from us.
