Poems by Brian Patten and drawings by Sarah Gillespie

Brian Patten, the poet, used to live and write by the River Dart, in a Boathouse on the Sharpham Estate. Sarah Gillespie was the Artist-in-Residence on the estate in 2007.

Along with fine art print-maker Patrick Morley they have produced a beautiful, limited edition book of poems and drawings - none of which have been seen before. Printed in Dartmouth on Somerset Velvet 220gm paper, and hand bound by Ludlow Bookbinders, the edition is limited to 150 copies, each one signed by both poet and painter. This unique numbered and signed book has purposely been kept at the very reasonable price of £48 and the interest in it is likely to be intense. Anybody wishing to own a copy should place an order early. All proceeds from sales will go to the Sharpham trust.
